In this 60-minute somatic breathwork session, you’ll move through a structured 6-round breathwork journey designed to help you shift out of your thinking mind and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.
We begin with up-regulating breathwork, using active breathing to move energy, release stored tension, and process emotions held in the body. As the session progresses, we transition into down-regulation, guiding your nervous system into a grounded, relaxed state where clarity and calm can finally land.
We live in a world that is constantly moving, where our minds are racing toward the future or replaying the past. However, the body only knows the now.
This session is intentionally designed to bring your mind back into congruence with your body, so you can experience presence, peace, and internal alignment.
